The Light Emperador is a light brown colored marble, with fine grain and abundant irregular and crossed yellowish veinage. It presents some occasional white calcite with small do medium dimension. Its main variations depend on the honey tonality that it can be more or less dark and uniform. The genuine Light Emperador presents some clear white areas (called pearls).
But because of the advanced age and exploration of quarries, it has become a rarity. In terms of hardness, the Light Emperador is considered a hard natural stone.
Commercially, marble is any crystalline rock composed predominately of calcite, dolomite or serpentine, having 3-4 hardness, which can be excavated as blocks and can be sawn into marble slabs and marble tiles.

Ginebra Gin is a generally dry, clear spirit that is flavoured with juniper berries.

The most common style of gin is known as  gin. Ginebra gin is made by taking a neutral grain spirit and redistilling after the addition of the flavouring agents - juniper berries and often small amounts of citrus botanicals like lemon and bitter orange peel.

The legal definition of a  Dry Gin is that it must be an entirely distilled product, with the exception of a very small amount of permitted sugar, though this is not always present. In contrast, a  Gin has non-distilled additives.

Many other botanicals are used in the production of various gins, such as anise, orris root, licorice root, cinnamon, savory, lime peel, grapefruit peel, saffron, coriander and nutmeg.


  TANDUAY RHUM ,
Tanduay have adopted its corporate name from its location, a triangular region encircled by the esteros of San Miguel and San Sebastian, which Spanish mapmakers referred to as Isla de Tanduay. The word 'Tanduay' originated from the word tanguay, an old Tagalog term for isthmus or peninsula. It also means 'low-lying land' because the entire area, including Quiapo, was frequently flooded during the rainy season. In the Cebuano and Visayan dialect, tanguay meant 'a place where tuba, a local coconut-based liquor, is bought and sold'.

TANDUAY ICE
It is just like the plain softdrinks and cola that is very usual. It has no sting which is the classic feature of Tanduay. Tanduay is in fact a brandy which I have always refused to drink because they say that it is more like plastic but when I have the chance to get a drink of Tanduay Ice it was different. If you remember Cali Shandy which had been quite popular among students then you are looking of such a similarity with this new brand from Tanduay.

It has 5% alcohol content but though it taste like Cali it will still live you with the sting of usual alcohol after drinking it. For my taste this one is really cool and you can indeed drink it even during regular times but not risk the fact that you will get drank.


SAN MIGUEL BEER
A fermented beverage brewed by traditional methods that is then dealcoholized so that the finished product contains no more than 0.5 percent alcohol.

RED HORSE BEER
Brewed by the Phillipino company San Miguel this beer is the most economically viable on the market. Less than twenty baht for a can and 6.9% it doesn't just kick, it screams. This beer is aimed squarely at poor Thais, the red can has barely any English language text on it and it is rarely found outside of Thai orientated retail outlets. This is one of the first beers that Sin Mig launched in Thailand and in all fairness it is pretty unique. It is strong as hell, has a good name, nice can and tastes really malty. There is a sweetness to the beer that hides a massive alcoholic kick that hits you when you are about halfway finished with the first can.
